Covid 19 Level Change – Wellington Region
This afternoon we have received a letter from Cardinal John to all parish leaders and church communities advising that under our current Government restrictions for Covid level 2 there is to be no further Masses and gatherings in church buildings. Therefore effective immediately and in light of the Cardinal’s letter all Cathedral Parish Masses, Liturgies and gatherings in Parish Properties are suspended. No Masses will be celebrated at in the Connolly Hall Chapel or at St Thomas More until further notice.
As we unite against COVID-19, it’s still important that we keep the basic hygiene measures, including washing your hands and coughing or sneezing into your elbow or tissue.
