The Advent Season is all about reflecting on how we can prepare our hearts and homes for Christ’s birth in the world as it is today. The best preparation that we could ever make is to prepare our hearts for Jesus. There will be opportunity for individual Reconciliation on 9^th, and 16^th of December 2023 (Saturdays) after the 8.30am Mass at the Connolly Hall. There will also be an Advent Reconciliation Service (Rite II) on Sunday 17^th December 2023 at 4.00pm in St. Thomas More Church, Wilton.

Rite I Reconciliation: Will be available from 30 minutes before the start of the Saturday Vigil and Sunday Morning Masses on the following weekends: 24-25 February, 2-3 March, and 9-10 March.

Rite II Reconciliation: A Special Rite II Reconciliation service that combines with our Children’s Sacramental Programme First Reconciliation will be held at St Joseph’s Church, Mt Victoria at 2.00pm on Sunday 24 March. All are invited to attend.

As a follow-up from last year’s parish meeting, we will be having one again on Sunday 21 April at 2pm in Connolly Hall. The meeting will be followed by afternoon tea and another opportunity to welcome Fr Patrick to our Parish Family.

All are welcome to join us for the Whakawatea dawn blessing by Mana Whenua for the reopening of the Cathedral.

We will gather at the Cathedral Doors at 5.20am, commencing 5.30am. Please ensure you RSVP to [email protected] especially for catering purposes.
