“Te Ara o Maria: Mary’s Way”
The NZ Catholic Bishops Conference has chosen Te Ara o Maria: Mary’s Way as the formal name of the proposal to renew the country’s dedication to Our Lady Assumed into Heaven. A formal Mass for the renewal will be celebrated at St Mary of the Angels church in Wellington on 15 August, the Feast of the Assumption, followed by a hikoi of a new artwork of Mary and Jesus around Aotearoa New Zealand.
